Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns for Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We only accept returns if the goods you received are faulty, damaged, or incorrect. If you believe your item meets these criteria, please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately at info@freedomflooring.co.nz We will evaluate the issue and arrange for a return if necessary.
Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at info@freedomflooring.co.nz If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with further instructions on how to send the item back. Please note that we do not accept returns for any other reason.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
